Maize starch is a valuable ingredient for making your desserts soft and light. Sweets prepared with Maizena cornstarch acquire, in addition to a soft consistency, a very delicate taste, which cannot be achieved by using other flours alone. Maizena cornstarch is also an ideal ingredient for thickening sauces, stews, pot roasts and soups in just a few minutes. Its neutral taste does not cover the characteristic flavour of the food. For easy dosage: 1 level tablespoon of Maizena corresponds to 10g of product.
