Black Truffle & Parmigiano Tagliatelle

Ingredients:
- 250g Giovanni Rana Sfogliagrezza Tagliatelle
- 2 tbsp Black Truffle Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 80g Parmigiano Reggiano, grated
- 1 tbsp Aged Balsamic Vinegar of Modena
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Step-by-Step Instructions:
1) Cook the pasta – Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the tagliatelle until al dente. Reserve ¼ cup of pasta water before draining.
2) Infuse with truffle – In a large pan, heat the black truffle oil over low heat.
3) Combine – Add the drained pasta to the pan, tossing gently while adding the reserved pasta water to create a silky texture.
4) Add the Parmigiano – Sprinkle in half of the grated cheese, tossing to coat the pasta evenly.
5) Plate & finish – Serve immediately, drizzle lightly with aged balsamic vinegar, and top with the remaining Parmigiano Reggiano.

Hazelnut & Dark Chocolate Panna Cotta with Berries

Ingredients:
- 1 pack Cameo Panna Cotta with Berries
- 130g Novi Dark Chocolate with Hazelnuts
- 2 tbsp Novi Spreadable Hazelnut Cream
Step-by-Step Instructions:
1) Prepare the panna cotta – Follow the instructions on the Cameo Panna Cotta mix, but before chilling, stir in 40g of melted Novi Dark Chocolate with Hazelnuts for a richer flavour.
2) Set & chill – Pour the mixture into serving glasses and refrigerate for at least 4 hours until set.
3) Add the finishing touch – Just before serving, drizzle with hazelnut cream and top with the berry sauce included in the mix.
4) Optional garnish – Sprinkle with shaved dark chocolate or crushed hazelnuts for added texture.
