How to prepare
Add 200 ml of whipping or cooking cream and 300 ml of milk.
- Whip the mould according to the instructions. Boil the cream and milk in a saucepan.
- Remove from heat, add the contents of the large bag, stirring well. Bring to the boil and boil over high heat for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Pour the cream into the mould and leave to cool. Place in the refrigerator for 4 hours. To serve, remove the Panna Cotta from the walls of the mold, lower the flaps, place in saucers and decorate with berries.
Store the product ready for consumption in the refrigerator and consume within 2 days.
