Vegetables in different proportions (carrots, fennels, peppers, celery, cucumbers, black olives with colour stabilizer ferrous gluconate, artichokes, cultivated mushrooms "Agaricus bisporus"), sunflower oil, wine vinegar, salt, sugar, acidifier citric acid, antioxidant ascorbic acid and sulphur dioxide. The product may contain olive stones or stone pieces.
