This sweet Italian cooking wine is made according to an ancient recipe. Selected ingredients are skilfully brought together and blended with oak aged Marsala Fino DOC wine and egg yolks. With a smooth and delicate taste it is excellent for flavouring sweet pastries or as an accompaniement to ice creams and almond based cakes.
