Preparation for home cooking of jams and jellies obtainable with only 500 g of sugar for each kg of fruit. Suitable for all types of fruit, except bananas, chestnuts, melon and watermelon.
Fruttapec is made with Pectin, a gelling agent extracted from apples and citrus fruits. Pectin allows you to reduce the cooking time of the jam to a few minutes while maintaining the taste and color of the fruit. The acronym 2: 1 indicates the dosage: 1 kg of fruit and 500 g of sugar for each bag of Fruttapec 2: 1.
Cooking Instructions
Ingredients: 1 bag of Fruttapec 2: 1, 1 kg of fruit, 500 g of sugar.
1- Wash, cleanse, cut the fruit into small pieces and put it in a high pot. 2- Mix the Fruttapec 2: 1 with the sugar and add it cold to the fruit. 3- Bring to a boil and boil the fruit for at least 3 minutes, over a very high heat, always stirring. 4- Remove the pan from the heat and stir for another minute, letting the foam dissolve. 5- Evaluate the consistency of the jam, then pour it again boil in sterilized jars, close and turn over for about 5 minutes. 6- Keep the jar in the refrigerator after opening.
