Stracciatella is a soft cheese originally made in the Puglia region of south-eastern Italy from cow's milk using the pasta filata stretching and shredding technique.

To enjoy the full flavour of the stracciatella, consume on or within a few days of delivery at room temperature. A secret tip from our cheese maker: take the stracciatella out of the fridge, immerse the sealed container into a tub of 30-40 degree Celsius water and wait until it warms to room temperature. Take the container out of the tub, unseal and serve.
